Inside the STS Method: How We Engineer Real Human Performance

Mostly people approach fitness like a lottery. They download a generic 12 week PDF, sweat a lot, eat a little less and hope something changes. The truth is, real physical transformation is not random. It is the result of applying the right stimulus, in the right amount, at the right time, to the right individual.

Through Strider Training Systems (STS), we design an adaptive system that continuously responds to your body, your goals, and your life circumstances. Build a body that functions better, performs better, and sustains results long-term.

1. Dynamic Phase-Based Programming

The human body constantly adapts. Our method uses dynamic phase-based programming that evolves based on individual response. Each phase is designed around current needs:

  • reducing pain and restoring joint function
  • improving movement efficiency and biomechanics
  • increasing strength and tissue capacity
  • improving endurance and metabolic health
  • enhancing sport-specific performance

2. Rehab-First Philosophy

Pain and stiffness reduce the effectiveness of any program. STS prioritizes a rehab-first approach. By improving movement quality first, we create a foundation where higher performance becomes possible without unnecessary injury risk. Transformation accelerates once restrictions are addressed.

3. True Individualization

Real humans are complex. Each client is a specific case. Our programming considers Variables such as:

  • injury history & daily stress load
  • sleep quality & occupation demands
  • limb proportions & biomechanics
  • training experience & available time

4. Internal Environment Matters (Bloodwork)

Internal physiology determines how effectively the body responds. Fatigue, poor recovery, and stubborn fat loss are often influenced by hormones, nutrient deficiencies, or inflammation. We evaluate relevant markers and adjust strategy accordingly.

5. Outcome-Oriented Nutrition Strategy

Nutrition is a tool that supports current physiological objectives. Whether focusing on energy availability, insulin sensitivity, or recovery capacity, the strategy evolves as you do.

Progress is Non-Linear, But Predictable

Transformation is about applying the correct inputs consistently. Visible changes are a byproduct of improved function and physiology. The objective is the development of a resilient, capable, high-functioning body.
